This slide was a HUGE hit with R. It was nearly impossible to stop him from trying to cut the (very very long) line and forget trying to explain why he only got one turn. We literally dragged him away kicking and screaming and received a lot of sympathetic stares from onlooking parents. He screamed the entire walk from the event to our car and then it took both of us to hold R down so that we could get him into his carseat – he was doing the ol’ stiff as a board maneuver so we couldn’t get his butt down to buckle him in. Poor kid. I think we may need to get him one for his birthday so he can go up and down to his heart’s content.
