Happy 39th Birthday Oma! Day 283/365

She always used to tell us she was 29 for every.single.birthday.  As we got older she upped the age to 39 to make it more realistic.  Considering my sister turns 38 this year, I am thinking maybe next year Oma will be turning 49?  The kiddos enjoyed celebrating Oma’s special day with cupcakes, cookies, dropies and pizza.  YUM!  (I really need to learn how to take better iPhone pictures)

“This rug is so soft.” Day 277/365

J came into the office needing a new outfit after spilling water all over himself.  I told him to sit down and wait while I ran upstairs to get some clean clothes.  When I came back downstairs he was rolling all over the carpet we had recently installed saying “mom, this rug is so soft.”  And when I laughed he said “Did you pick this carpet out for me?  Because you know I like soft?”  I have no idea where this stuff comes from.

Baaaaaa. Day 274/365

R’s favorite farm animal, by far, is the sheep.  He looooooves screaming “baaaaaaa” at the top of his lungs every time he sees one.   This little farm is particularly fun because when you put the sheep in the barn, the sheep has his own little rap that plays.  Lots of enjoyment for a little man who loves sheep. finalDSC_3729
